Your tasks The position is based at one of our sites in Willich, Stuttgart or Nuremberg. As part of a passionate team, you will act in a key role with a wide scope of action across a broad product portfolio. With your excellence you will drive innovative solutions to grow our e-powertrain and/or data center business. In detail: Analyze application requirements and provide value added solutions to customers for e-powertrain and/or data center businessDefine strategy for e-powertrain business and focus areas to support growthCoordinate key projects to achieve mid- and long-term business planProduct Marketing for portfolio of related automotive power devicesIdentify focus applications and products and define new solutions and market strategiesTrigger new product developments in close interaction with marketing department and business divisionsPrepare and execute go-to-market plans for new productsSolution presentations to customers, distributors, and internal organisationSupport promotion activities at fairs and similar events Your profileGraduate in electrical engineering, relevant business administration education is a plusAdequate years of experience in (product/application) marketing in a semiconductor companyProfound knowledge in e-mobility and/or data center applications and marketsProfound knowledge with power semiconductorsCompetence to understand complex technical subjects with the ability to align such matters on engineering as well as on management level with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in interaction with OEMs and Tier-onesAbility to capture and understand customer system requirementsTeam player with strong sense of taking initiative and drive a business opportunityExcellent communication, presentation and organisational skills. Fluency in English.
