You'll take full ownership of how Precoro connects to payment providers and processes transactions, making sure the payment layer scales reliably across our customers in 80+ countries. What you'll doOwn the Payments product area end-to-end - from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and post-launch iterationUnderstand customer payment workflows across our global client base and translate them into a prioritized, ROI-driven roadmapCreate and maintain integrations with payment providers, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across marketsCoordinate across Engineering, CS, Marketing, Sales, and external payment partners to keep the product ready for new markets and payment methodsDefine and track success metrics, using data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenueLead your cross-functional team, setting a standard for clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and shipping with qualityWhat we look forHands-on experience building or scaling payment integrations from scratch (routing, PSP/acquirer integrations, virtual cards, ACH, or cross-border payments) 3-5+ years as a Product Manager, with a track record of shipping features end-to-endStrong ability to work with APIs and technical integrations, including the messy parts: partner limitations, versioning, error handling, reconciliationCritical thinking and comfort navigating ambiguous, multi-layered problems with no obvious shortcutsOutstanding skills in stakeholder management - you can align internal teams, and external partners around a shared roadmapExperience working with data to inform decisions - comfortable writing SQL queries or using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) for KPI analysisNice-to-have skillsExperience with B2B SaaS or API-first product developmentFamiliarity with using AI tools as part of your day-to-day product workflowWhy you'll love working at PrecoroTrust-based management: No micromanagement - your ideas and initiatives are always encouraged.Supportive team culture: You're not alone, our team is open, honest, and always ready to help.Reimbursement for professional learning: We invest in your growth through courses, lectures, and more.Flexible hours: We care about results, not how long you sit at your desk.26 days off annually: Work-life balance is a priority for us.Medical insurance and unlimited sick leave without requiring a medical certificate.
