YOUR TASKSYou support the analysis of business processes and the identification of optimization potential through the use of AIYou assist in advising business units and in developing tailored AI strategiesYou contribute to the development of concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypesYou support the implementation and continuous optimization of AI solutionsYou assist in conducting workshops and training sessions to foster AI literacyYou support our clients throughout their AI transformation initiatives YOUR PROFILYou are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline and have a solid foundational understanding of Artificial IntelligenceYou have practical experience in PythonYou have initial experience with common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) as well as database systems (vector and graph databases) and possess a good understanding of technical implementationYou are confident in the technical design of solution approachesYou demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and have a visionary perspective on how AI can transform the business worldYou are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactiveYou have strong presentation and facilitation skillsYou are willing to travelYou possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages) YOUR BENEFITSSupportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture.
